Don’t fall for fraud. Centric will never call or text you to ask for your online banking login, full card number, or to request a person-to-person transfer. If you receive a call asking for sensitive information, hang up and contact us directly at 318-340-9656 or message us through online banking. If you get a suspicious text, report and delete it. We only send texts from our direct line, 318-346-3743, and 833-691-6774. Messages from other numbers, or those asking for personal or banking information or including links, may be scams.
