Don’t fall for fraud. Centric will never call or text asking for your online banking login, full card number, or a person-to-person transfer. If you receive a suspicious call, hang up and contact us at 318-340-9656 or message us through online banking. Suspicious texts should be reported and deleted. Centric only sends texts from 318-346-3743 or 833-691-6774. Messages from other numbers, or texts requesting personal or banking information or containing links, may be scams.
