To enroll in E-Statements via the CentricCU App or MyCentric Online Banking:
- Log in with your user ID and password and click ‘Documents’ under the ‘Menu’ tab
- From there, choose ‘eDocument Enrollment’ from the menu and verify that your email address is present and correct.
- Here, you can turn on E-Statements for your account, as well as any credit cards you have under ‘Document Delivery Preference’, then ‘Save’.
