To report a lost or stolen Visa® debit or credit card, login to your MyCentric App and choose Remote Control Cards from the Menu bar or call (318) 340-9656 to speak with someone directly.
Leave your card at a restaurant? Retracing your steps to find your card? Hand card over to your teenager and scared they may overspend? WIth the MyCentric App, you can:
- Control how and when your Centric card may be used.
- Turn your Centric card ‘on’ and ‘off,’ as you please
- Report your Centric card stolen
